Mellow Rose
Dry rose wine
Origin: Selected grapes of the European Malbec variety, grown within the boundaries of the Kuban geographic object, were used to create this fresh pink wine. The wine plantations are located on the slopes of the Semisam mountain range, not far from Anapa. The grapes were harvested after reaching optimal ripeness and processed within a few hours after harvest.
Color: The wine has an elegant pale pink color with a slight raspberry hue. It is clean, transparent, shiny.
Aroma: Delicate, with a predominance of shades of red garden berries, tones of raspberries, strawberries, pleasant freshness.
Taste: Clean, harmonious, with the continuation of berry tones, a hint of red currant and ripening strawberries, with pleasant refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is pleasant, berryish, slightly spicy.
Serving: Serve chilled at 8-10 °С. In summertime, best served in an ice bucket.
Sommelier recommendations: The wine is gastronomic and will be a good pair with cold fish appetizers, seafood salads, shrimp dishes, as well as berries and red fruits. Excellent summer aperitif. It is also good on its own.
