Semisam
Malvasia dry white wine
Origin: To create this bright wine, selected grapes of the Balkan varieties Malvasia Istrian and Malvasia Aromatic, which are not common in Russia, were used, grown within the boundaries of the geographical object of Kuban. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Semisam Ridge near Anapa. Hand picking started only after the berries had reached full maturity. The grapes are gently processed in a winery located directly in the vineyard.
Color: Clear, transparent wine of light golden straw color with a slight lemon shade, with shine.
Aroma: Bright, intense, with a predominance of notes of ripe southern fruits, a blossoming orchard, honey flowers, with a recognizable nutmeg tone.
Taste: Full, well-structured, with continued fruity notes, pleasant freshness. The aftertaste is long-lasting, fruity, with a light citrus tone.
Serving: Serve cooled to 8-10 °С.
Sommelier recommendations: Suitable for an aperitif together with cold fish and seafood appetizers, salads, steamed fish, fruits and light desserts with fresh berries. The wine is gastronomic, but it is good on its own as well.
