Taste: Complex, bright, with the continuation of berry-fruit shades. Black currant juice, black ripe cherries, cherries, black forest and garden berries, spices. The aftertaste is long, juicy, with a tone of freshly ground pepper.
Serving: It is recommended to decant the wine by opening 30 minutes before serving. The taste unfolds most vividly at a temperature of 13-15°C.
Sommelier recommendation: A complex wine that goes well both on its own and as a gastronomic accompaniment. A great combination would be together with cold meat appetizers and hot appetizers. Suitable for a variety of grilled dishes, complements well various spices in hot meat dishes with complex sauces.
