New single-varietal wines of the private winery SHUMRINKA are entering the market. In the fall of 2020, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Syrah will be on sale in the basic «Semisam» line.
The popular «Semisam» line from the private winery «SHUMRINKA» will be replenished with several new positions. In addition to the red and white wines of the «Semisam» line (blends created from several grape varieties), single-varietal wines of the farm will enter the market.
Winemaker Roman Logunov chose three varieties of grapes for the new «Semisams», which were the most successful in the 2019 season: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Syrah. The new wines have already been put into bottles for additional aging - this is part of «Shumrinka’s» approach to its wine style.
A little later the new wine from the Merlot variety is planned to appear in the varietal collection «Semisam». It will be the first in the brand's new backup lineup. Wine of the harvest 2018 is aged in contact with oak for at least 12 months.
